When installing or upgrading ClientExec, if you get an "Unauthorized version" error, make sure you uploaded //license.php// using ASCII mode. If that doesn't help, check with [[Mysticserver]] to make sure your domain is authorized in the company's reseller license database.

When installing ClientExec, a "File Expired or Corrupt" error probably means you didn't upload the installation files in binary mode. Automatic mode is hit or miss, but forcing binary mode should always work.
When installing or upgrading ClientExec, if you get an "Unauthorized version" error, make sure you uploaded //license.php// using ASCII mode. If that doesn't help, check with Site5 to make sure your domain is authorized in the company's reseller license database.
