Jason's Ribs

Cooking time: 3 Hrs + As long as you want the ribs to soak in the Dry Rub.

Rinse Ribs, blot dry. Rub both sides with Dry rub, wrap in tin foil, bone side down and put in the fridge for 1-4+ hours.

Oven: 300 Deg.
Place tin foil wrapped ribs on deep sided pan (foil or real pan) to catch drippings.

After 1 Hr mop w/ mopping sauce. Reseal.
Then every 30 minutes. More mopping sauce. Reseal.

Serve with Wet Rib sauce as desired but not required.
