Jason's Ribs
Cooking time: 3 Hrs + As long as you want the ribs to soak in the Dry Rub.

- Rack of Ribs
- Mr Stubb's Moppin Sauce http://www.stubbsbbq.com/moppin_sauce.php
- Wet Rib sauce of choice (optional) (Might as well round out the theme and say "Can't go wrong with Mr Stubb's)

- Tin Foil
Rinse Ribs, blot dry. Rub both sides with Dry rub, wrap in tin foil, bone side down and put in the fridge for 1-4+ hours.
Oven: 300 Deg.
Place tin foil wrapped ribs on deep sided pan (foil or real pan) to catch drippings.After 1 Hr mop w/ mopping sauce. Reseal.
Then every 30 minutes. More mopping sauce. Reseal.
Serve with Wet Rib sauce as desired but not required.
