On July 9th, 2007 I am starting nutrisystems. Here are my thoughts, and my plan.

Meals

Breakfast
NS Breakfast
Grapes (15), 1/2 Banana, or orange juice.
Toast
Milk - 8oz or egg
Coffee (from home)

Lunch
NS Lunch
Deli meat
Salad
Pita

Dinner
NS Dinner
Broccoli, Carrots (1 cup total)
Peas or Toast (with Olive Oil)
Apple, 1.2 Banana, Grapes (15), or Salad
Peanut Butter (1tsp), Olive Oil (1tsp), or peanuts (10), Salad Dressing (1tbsp)

Flavorings

Hey, I was in my local Kroger and found the neatest thing...first I saw them hanging in the cereal aisle - one of those impulse buy thingies. Then I found them in the chocolate powdered milk area - product by Disney. Sugar free mix sticks. There is 10 in a package for choc malted, vanilla and strawberry. The taste is awesome. Only 5 calories per mix and no sugars. Basically free. Really helps if you have a hard time drinking a glass of milk or are tired of having yogurt for your dairy allotment. The boxes are small and about the size of a Jello pudding/gelatin box. They have Disney characters on the front of the box. I had never heard of it before, but being sugar free makes it great.
