~Hey, I was in my local Kroger and found the neatest thing...first I saw them hanging in the cereal aisle - one of those impulse buy thingies. Then I found them in the chocolate powdered milk area - product by Disney. Sugar free mix sticks. There is 10 in a package for choc malted, vanilla and strawberry. The taste is awesome. Only 5 calories per mix and no sugars. Basically free. Really helps if you have a hard time drinking a glass of milk or are tired of having yogurt for your dairy allotment. The boxes are small and about the size of a Jello pudding/gelatin box. They have Disney characters on the front of the box. I had never heard of it before, but being sugar free makes it great.
